UScellular, Now a Part of T-Mobile

As the copy lead for UScellular, I’ve been entrusted with helping the Midwestern wireless giant drive upgrades and attract new customers for the past four years. From iPhone and Samsung launches to our record-breaking “US Days” campaign, I’ve written contextualized, cross-funnel messaging for all of the brand’s digital and CRM assets, resulting in thousands of upgrades, impressions, and new customer sign-ups. What’s more, in a world where phone addiction is the norm, it’s a pleasure to write for a wireless company that encourages customers to put their phones down and truly connect with the people around them. This was the premise of our “let’s find US again” campaign, which highlighted the brand’s family-first, wireless-provider-next-door ethos.
